  • Free Australia & NZ Shipping on orders over $100.

  • International Shipping: A flat rate of $35.

Domestic (Australia & New Zealand)
Orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post (estimate: 2-6 business days). For expedited shipping, please contact us at hello@thattimethat.au.

International Shipping
Orders are sent via Australia Post Standard Mail (estimate: 6-27 business days). We currently ship to the following countries:
UK, USA, Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, and Portugal.
If your country is not listed, please reach out to us via email for shipping options.

Tracking and Confirmation
You will receive tracking details for your order once dispatched, so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties imposed by the country of origin or destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is rejected by the recipient and safely returned to us, a refund will be offered for the goods only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
